It’s another day of great action and Adrian Wall is back with his weekly feast of ITV Racing outsiders. He has picked out three horses who should outrun their large odds live on TV on Saturday. Make sure you check out our free horse racing tips for the weekend, and remember, always bet responsibly.
Grozni (12/1) was a very decent hurdler for Charles Byrnes, winning three times for the Irish handler, and now he has his first start for red-hot James Owen who can seemingly do no wrong at present. The dual-purpose trainer is rising through the ranks at a rate of knots, and this boy is back over hurdles after a few spins over fences last season. He could be well treated on his return to action and any market confidence would be significant.
L’Eau Du Sud is a very warm order for this contest but the forgotten horse seems to be Paul Nicholls’ Rubaud (15/2), who arguably should be much shorter in the betting. This is a tough introduction for his chasing debut but he’s a very smart hurdler and arrives here off the back of winning the Elite Hurdle for the second year running at Wincanton. If he takes to larger obstacles, he will be dangerous.
Solness (33/1) is worthy of a small wager despite taking on the might of Jonbon! He took his form to new heights when only beaten a neck by dual Grade 1 winner Found A Fifty last time and if that was no fluke, then his price is a bit ridiculous.
