Pointers For Picking Your Own Newmarket Tips

Trainer And Jockey Statistics

Although it’s not used as much as the standard Rowley Mile, the July Course has very similar jockey and trainer statistics to the Rowley Mile. You can find all the key statistics above!

Course Characteristics

The Newmarket July Course is one of two courses at Newmarket which we have tips for – the other course is the Rowley Mile, used most of the year. It hosts two of Newmarket’s nine yearly Group 1 races. It is also known as the summer course.

Draw Bias

There is currently little to no draw bias at Newmarket July Course.

Feature Races

The Falmouth Stakes in July is a one-mile Group 1 race, but the biggest race of the year at the Newmarket July Course is the July Cup. A six-furlong sprint, this Group 1 was first run in 1876 and is held on the third day of the Newmarket July Festival meeting.

Across all your existing accounts, most bookmakers will have daily offers for their existing customers, including extra place races and price enhancements on many of the day’s best races. Make sure you shop around on the big days, as certain bookmakers will stand-out the rest with their offers!
